Application
The printed coated paper is of vibrant colors which is ideal for Christmas or Everyday use and can bring extra colors to your gifts.
Designs We Produced
Sample lead time: It takes about 3-5days to provide samples of existing designs. For new designs, you have to send us the artworks in AI, PDF or PSD format. Then we will send digital proofs to you for approval. After you approve the digital proofs, we will inform our cylinder factory to start making cylinders for printing, it will take 5-7days, then we will need about 3days to arrange making samples, so it take about 10days to send the samples.
Production lead time: In slow season, it takes about 30days after samples approved or sooner if you need this urgently. In peak season or when the order quantity is large enough then we may need 45days to 60days to complete production.
Quality Control: We have an experienced QC team. We conduct inspection for all materials including paper, labels, carton etc. Then we have online inspection to check if right materials are used for each item and check whether the printing color matches to PMS colors or matches to customer’s approved samples, we also monitor if the printing is in registration. We also check the width and length of the product. Before shipment, our QC supervisor also carry out inspection for finished goods.
Shipping Port: We usually ship from Mawei Fuzhou Port or from XIAMEN port.Sometimes we can also ship from Shanghai port, Shenzhen port, Ningbo port according to customer’s requirements to combine shipments or when shipping space is tight.
