| Packaging | Usually supplied in roll. We produce consumer rolls with shrink wrapped with printed color label. Roll length are available in 1.5m, 2m, 3m, 4m, 5m, 10m etc We also supply counter rolls from 50m to 250m/roll as well as jumbo rolls from 2000m to 4000m/roll. Customized lengths available. Sheet wrap folded in a polybag is also a good choice, usually 2sheets with 2tags in a pack. Flat wrap in 500sheets pack also available. |
Application
The light weight coated gift wrapping paper is ideal for Christmas, Birthday and Everyday use.
Designs We Produced
Sample lead time: For existing designs, we can send samples in 3-5days. For new designs, we will need your artworks in AI, PDF or PSD format. Then we will send digital proofs for your approval. It will take about 5-7days to make printing cylinders after you approve the digital proofs. Then it will take about 3days to arrange samples, so it take about 10days to send the samples. It may take longer time is there are many new designs for sampling.
Production lead time: It’s usually 30days after samples approved. In peak season or when the order quantity is large enough then longer production lead time will be needed, say 45-60days.
Quality Control: We conduct inspection for all materials including paper, labels, carton etc.Then we have online inspection to check if right materials are used for each item and if the printing color match to PMS colors or match to customer’s samples, we also monitor if the printing is in registration. We will also check if the roll length is long enough according to order requirements. Before shipment, we also carry out inspection for finished goods. We have experienced QC and have full set of quality check equipment which provide good quality goods.
Shipping Port: We usually ship from Fuzhou Port or XIAMEN port. We may also ship Shanghai port, Shenzhen port, Ningbo port according to customer’s requirement to combine shipments.
