Sample lead time: For existing designs, samples will be ready in 3-5days. For new designs, we will need you to send us the artwork in AI, PDF or PSD format. Then we will send digital proof for your approval. For printed designs with Foil, it will take 10days to make the foil cylinder, then it will take about 3days to arrange samples, so it take about 2 weeks to send the samples.

Production lead time: It’s usually 30days after samples approved. In peak season or when the order quantity is large enough then we may need 45days.

Quality Control: We conduct inspection for all materials including paper, labels, polybag, carton.Then we have online inspection to check if right materials are used for each item and if item is properly folded. Before shipment, we also carry out inspection for finished goods.

Shipping Port: Fuzhou Port is our most favorable port, XIAMEN port is the second choice, sometimes according to customer’s requirement we can also ship from Shanghai port, Shenzhen Port, Ningbo port.
