Sample lead time: For existing mould, samples will be ready in 1-2days. For new customized mould, it will take about 7-10days to arrange samples, mould charge will vary from USD100 to USD800 depending on the complexity of the design.
Production lead time: It’s usually 30days after samples approved. In peak season or when the order quantity is large enough then we may need 45days.
Quality Control: We conduct inspection for all materials including paper, labels, polybag, carton.Then we have online inspection to check if right materials are used for each item and if item is properly folded. Before shipment, we also carry out inspection for finished goods from different aspects to ensure good quality goods supplied.
