Designs We Produced
Sample lead time: For existing designs, we can get the samples within 3-5days. For new Foil designs, we will request artworks in AI, PDF or PSD format. Then we will send digital proofs of seamless printing for your approval. For designs only with Foil, after you approve the digital proofs, it will take 10days to make the foil cylinder, then it will take about 3days to arrange samples, so it takes about 2 weeks to send the samples.
Production lead time: Usually we can finish production in 30days after samples approved, but in peak season or when the order quantity is large enough then we may need 45days to 60days to complete production.
Quality Control: Our experienced QC staffs will use professional equipment to conduct inspection for all materials including paper, labels, polybag, carton. We also carry out online inspection to monitor inspection. Before shipment, we also carry out inspection for finished goods from different aspects to ensure good quality goods supplied.
Shipping Port: We usually ship from Fuzhou Port or XIAMEN port, sometimes we also ship from Shanghai port, Shenzhen port, Ningbo port according to customer’s requirement to combine shipments or for urgent shipping schedule.
