Sample lead time: For existing designs, samples will be ready in 3-5days. For new designs, we will need you to send us the artwork in AI, PDF or PSD format. Then we will send digital proof for your approval. Production lead time: It’s usually 30days after samples approved. In peak season or when the order quantity is large enough then we may need 45days.
Quality Control: We conduct inspection for all materials including paper, labels, carton etc.Then we have online inspection to check if right materials are used for each item and if the printing color match to PMS colors or match to customer’s samples, we also monitor if the printing is in registration. We will also check if the roll length is long enough according to order requirements. Before shipment, we also carry out inspection for finished goods.
