Sample lead time: For existing colors or designs, samples will be ready in 3-5days. For new designs, we will need you to send us the artwork in AI, PDF or PSD format. Then we will send digital proof for your approval. For printed designs, it will take 5-7 days to make the foil cylinder, then it will take about 3days to arrange samples, so it take about 2 weeks to send the samples.
Production lead time: It’s usually 30days after samples approved. In peak season or when the order quantity is large enough then we may need 45days.
Quality Control: We conduct inspection for all materials including paper, labels, polybag, carton.Then we have online inspection to check if right materials are used for each item and if item is properly folded. Before shipment, we also carry out inspection for finished goods.
