Sheet wrap is also a good choice, usually 2sheets with 2tags in a printed polybag are popular. Flat wrap in 500sheets pack also available. |
Application
The printed white Kraft paper is of high quality texture which is a good choice for high-end packaging.
Designs We Produced
Sample lead time: Samples will be sent out in 3-5days for the stock designs. We will request artworks in format of AI, PDF or PSD for new designs. We will send digital proofs of seamless design for your approval. After digital proofs are approved, then we will ask the cylinder factory to start making cylinders for printing and it will take 5-7days to make the cylinders, then it will take about 3days to arrange making samples, so it take about 10days to send the samples for new designs. Sometimes might be longer if there are many designs for sampling.
Production lead time: Usually we can complete production in 30days after samples approved. We may need 45days to 60days in peak season or when the order quantity is large enough.
Quality Control: Experienced QC team which have worked in our factory over 10years which provide a guarantee for good quality control. We also have full set of quality check equipment to ensure we can cover all requested aspects for all materials and procedures. Before shipment, we also carry out inspection for finished goods.
Shipping Port: Fuzhou Port is our most favorable shipping port, XIAMEN port follows, sometimes according to customer’s requirement we can also ship from Shanghai port, Shenzhen port, Ningbo port.
